We started on an amazing journey
over 30 years ago and are still on that path. With an overall goal of
health, wealth, well being, and an over all enjoyment of life, we have
zigged and zagged through the minefield of life to where we are today. We started this site to inform, enlighten and to help you, perhaps, make some money, feel better, eat better, live better, and yes, make a buck or two ourselves.
